Complete design of industrial equipment according to international standards, including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pipe analysis, CE marking and advanced numerical simulation.

  • Heat Exchangers

    Complete thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers. Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, construction drawings, and documentation for equipment purchases. We use specialized software such as Aspen for thermal optimization and sizing.

  • Pressure Vessels

    Design and verification of pressure vessels according to ASME Section VIII, API-650, AD MERKBLÄTTER and EN Code using Microprotol/Auto PIPE Vessel: reactors, columns, stacks, atmospheric tanks, silos, autoclaves. Calculation of supports, local loads and flanges.

  • Lifting Maneuver Analysis

    Analysis and calculation of lifting and transport maneuvers for industrial equipment. Design and calculation of lugs, temporary supports, and auxiliary elements necessary for the safe movement and placement of heavy equipment.

  • CE Marking and Technical Documentation

    Preparation of non-electrical technical files for CE marking of equipment and structures. Explosion risk assessment (ATEX). Construction technical files and explosion protection documents according to current European directives.

  • PIPING and Pipe Analysis

    Pipe flexibility analysis and stress calculations using AutoPIPE or CAESAR II. Design of supports for process lines under operating and thermal expansion conditions. Preparation of isometric drawings and complete bills of materials.

  • Numerical Simulation by FEA

    Finite element simulation of unique equipment and complex components. Advanced mechanical calculations, fatigue and creep analysis using SolidWorks/Ansys. Structural verification under extreme operating conditions and cyclic loading.
